So Jean Grey has some pretty OP abilities. While she's unable to alter things at a subatomic level, use the Phoenix Force, or have visions of the future without mod permission, she still has some very badass telepathic and telekinetic abilities as listed here:

Jean Grey is a Class 5 Mutant, pretty much currently the only one in existence in the entire X-Men movie universe. Here is a list of her powers:

- Telepathy. She's able to read minds, create illusions, influence and manipulate them, as well as hear the thoughts of everyone in the vicinity. According to Charles, she's the most powerful telepathic mutant in existence, surpassing even him with her gifts. She can control minds, form mental connections and links with people, and to a certain extent can block their powers from manifesting. She can also send out telepathic blasts to hurt others, and shield her own mind from being intruded into. Jean can also track other people's minds, and restore memories to people who have lost them. Jean can also possess other people's minds and use that body like her own.

- Telekinesis. Jean's telekinesis is unparalleled -- she can do absolutely anything she can dream of, because she's able to control, manipulate, absorb, re-shape and destroy things (although not on a sub-atomic level without mod permission). She can also fly, move, immobilize, manipulate objects and create shields and barriers. She can also use telekinetic energy blasts to deal devastating damage.
